Social Media Management and Marketing Officer – Junior

Job Description:

Our Client is looking for a highly skilled Social Media Management and Marketing Officer to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that align with the company’s goals. You will manage all of our social media platforms and optimize content using various tools to engage our target audience. This role requires creativity, technical skills, and a strong understanding of social media analytics and SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Manage and create content for all social media channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
• Edit and enhance visual content using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, and Premiere Pro.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and TikTok Analytics.
• Implement SEO and hashtag strategies to optimize the reach and engagement of posts.
• Provide detailed monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics and growth strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools to continually improve content and strategy.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Experience navigating and managing social media platforms.
• Knowledge and experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Suite, TikTok Analytics).
• Ability to create and edit engaging visual content using design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
• Basic understanding of SEO and hashtag strategies to increase post visibility.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Location: Remote (Flexible Working Location)

Working Days: Mon- Friday

Working Hours: Flexible

Salary: LKR 50,000 (Basic Salary)
