Customer Service Executive (Night Shift)

Location: Orion City, Colombo 9, Sri Lanka

Our customer, a rapidly growing recruitment company in Australia and New Zealand, is looking to hire a Customer Service Executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to their global expansion and work with Australian-based corporate clients.

Position Details:

Having own transport is added advantage 

Shift Hours:

  1. Monday - Friday: 11:00 PM – 07:30 AM (Night Shift)
  2. Saturday: 11:00 PM – 03:00 AM

You will work with a small team or individually, providing daily service to Australian corporate directors after a few weeks of training.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to Australian clients on a daily basis.
  2. Handle inquiries and assist with various tasks to support business operations.
  3. Collaborate with the Australian office for ongoing management support and training.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Dynamic and efficient, with a genuine care for the customer.
  2. Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  3. Experience or education from an Australian-based corporation is a plus.
  4. Advanced computer skills and familiarity with web-based applications.
  5. Experience in database management, including CRM systems, is an advantage.
  6. Sales-oriented with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  7. Eager to learn new things and adapt to evolving technologies.
  8. Thorough understanding of social media platforms.

Requirements for Application:

  1. O/Level and A/Level grades.
  2. Tertiary education grades.
  3. A portrait picture.
  4. Previous 2 work-related references.
