Customer Service Executive (Night Shift)
Location: Orion City, Colombo 9, Sri Lanka

Our customer, a rapidly growing recruitment company in Australia and New Zealand, is looking to hire a Customer Service Executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to their global expansion and work with Australian-based corporate clients.
Position Details:
Having own transport is added advantage
Shift Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 11:00 PM – 07:30 AM (Night Shift)
- Saturday: 11:00 PM – 03:00 AM
You will work with a small team or individually, providing daily service to Australian corporate directors after a few weeks of training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Australian clients on a daily basis.
- Handle inquiries and assist with various tasks to support business operations.
- Collaborate with the Australian office for ongoing management support and training.

Ideal Candidate:

- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Experience or education from an Australian-based corporation is a plus.
- Advanced computer skills and familiarity with web-based applications.
- Experience in database management, including CRM systems, is an advantage.
- Sales-oriented with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Eager to learn new things and adapt to evolving technologies.
- Thorough understanding of social media platforms.

- O/Level and A/Level grades.
- Tertiary education grades.
- A portrait picture.
- Previous 2 work-related references.
