We are on the lookout for an experienced Business Development Executive to help accelerate our growth across Sri Lanka and take our services to the next level. Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM
• Saturday: 08:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Market Research: Conduct high-level industry research to identify corporate leads and opportunities across Sri Lanka.
2. Customer Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients at the executive level, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
3. In-Person Meetings: Attend client meetings and presentations to promote services and build relationships.
4. Collaborative Sales Strategy: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and provide feedback on key sales initiatives.
5. Sales Contract Management: Ensure all contracts meet legal and corporate guidelines.
6. Event Participation: Represent Lanka Staff at trade expos and other sales-related events.

What You Bring:

1. Proven Sales Experience: A track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets in business development, marketing, or sales-related roles.
2. Exceptional Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and other local Sri Lankan languages, with clear written and verbal communication.
3. Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and build long-lasting professional relationships.
4. Teamwork & Independence: Comfortable working both in a team environment and independently to achieve business goals.
5. Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Sri Lankan recruitment sector or a related industry is highly advantageous.
