Key Qualifications
- Male or Female, age 20–40
- Minimum G.C.E. O/L education
- Pleasant, efficient, and in good health
- Holds a Nursing Certificate (≥1 year) from a recognized institute or has equivalent hands-on experience
Core Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, professional in-home care for elderly clients and infants
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with daily living activities
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate clearly with families and supervisors
- Uphold hygiene standards and follow all safety protocols
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: Rs. 60,000–65,000 (Basic + Attendance Allowance + Incentives)
- Leave: 14 Annual Leaves, 7 Casual Leaves, 4 Paid Days Off per month
