Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and guests
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information on hospital services
- Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth communication flow
- Maintain a professional and friendly image of the hospital
- Resolve patient concerns with empathy and efficiency
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- G.C.E. O/L with passes in English & Mathematics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare or related industry
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
- Age below 35 years
- Pleasing personality with excellent customer relations skills
- Willingness to work on a shift basis
