About the Job Role
Job Title: Senior Nurse – Home Nursing
Location: Royal Hospital Home Nursing Care (Pvt) Ltd
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor vital signs and report clinical changes to the Nursing Sister and on-call medical team.
- Mentor and supervise junior home nurses, ensuring adherence to protocols.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements
- SLMC/Nursing Council–registered Nurse with a Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
- 3–5 years’ clinical experience, with at least 1 year in home nursing or elderly care.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound clinical judgments.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
