✅ Part-qualified in CA, or fully qualified in AAT or Degree in Accounting/Finance

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (real estate or construction industry preferred)

✅ Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems)

✅ Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills

✅ Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
