Position: Land Purchasing Officer

Location: Kothalawala, Kaduwela

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and source potential land properties for company projects

- Negotiate with landowners to finalize purchases

- Maintain updated records and coordinate documentation

- Work closely with legal and planning teams to ensure smooth transactions

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 1 year experience in Purchasing or Sales

- Experience in the Real Estate field is an advantage

- Good computer skills (MS Office, Internet, Email)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Own a motorcycle (highly considered)

- Age below 30 years
