Position: Customer Care & Call Center Executive
Location: No. 121/B, New Kandy Road, Kothalawala, Kaduwela
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Provide information on company services and real estate offerings
- Resolve inquiries and follow up on customer needs
- Maintain CRM and records accurately
- Support sales and marketing teams with lead follow-ups
Qualifications:
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills (Sinhala, English; Tamil is a plus)
- Male/Female below 40 years
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an added advantage
