HR & ADMIN ASSISTANT
📍 Location: Union Place
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end hiring and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and personal files.
- Handle payroll and leave management with precision.
- Foster positive employee relations and support day-to-day HR inquiries.
- Support training and development programs.
- Assist with performance appraisals and feedback systems.
- Manage 3-shift staff scheduling effectively.
🎓 Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
