HR & ADMIN ASSISTANT

📍 Location: Union Place

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate end-to-end hiring and onboarding processes.
  2. Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and personal files.
  3. Handle payroll and leave management with precision.
  4. Foster positive employee relations and support day-to-day HR inquiries.
  5. Support training and development programs.
  6. Assist with performance appraisals and feedback systems.
  7. Manage 3-shift staff scheduling effectively.

🎓 Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  3. Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR practices.
  4. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  7. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
