Role Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payment Associate to manage and verify financial transactions, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time. You will be responsible for maintaining records, monitoring transaction statuses, and supporting cross-functional coordination for smooth payment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and verify incoming and outgoing fund requests in line with company policies.
2. Monitor the status of payments and update transaction records in the system.
3. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all financial transactions.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues.
5. Prepare and generate operational and financial reports as required.
6. Support the daily payment operations and track performance metrics.
7. Safeguard confidential financial data.
8. Collaborate with management to improve workflows and processing efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Minimum high school diploma; further education is an advantage.
2. High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and similar reporting tools.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Organized, with good time management and multitasking capabilities.
7. Willingness to work on public holidays and in a shift-based schedule.
