📌 Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Operator to support our business operations by managing data accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will handle data collection, system updates, performance tracking, and dashboard creation to assist in strategic decision-making.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

1. Collect, organize, and input data from various sources to support business operations.
2. Maintain and update accurate records in the BI (Business Intelligence) system.
3. Create and manage reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Analyze data trends and provide insights that support company goals and strategies.
5. Collaborate with internal departments to develop and refine performance tracking tools.
6. Recommend improvements to reporting systems and data processes based on analysis and feedback.

🧠 Skills and Qualifications

1. Minimum high school graduate; higher education is an advantage.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other essential functions).
3. Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools is a strong plus.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
5. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
6. Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
