Qualifications:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years as a Construction Manager.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects both locally and overseas.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.

- Review project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.

- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.

- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with goals.

- Prepare internal and external reports on project status.

- Manage project budgets and ensure financial efficiency.
