Qualifications:

- BSc in Civil Engineering with Chartered qualification.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction sector, both local and foreign, focusing on high-rise buildings and hotels.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, implement, monitor, and report project scope while taking corrective actions as needed to ensure successful project execution.

- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.

- Estimate resources and contractual requirements to achieve project goals.

- Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes.

- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
