Job Vacancy: Site Technical Officer

Qualifications:

- NDT/HND in Civil Engineering.

- Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in construction, with a focus on high-rise buildings.

- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OHS guidelines.

- Ability to read drawings and plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers and subcontractors.

- Ensure that work is executed according to plans, specifications, and schedules.

- Monitor on-site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

- Maintain daily work records of site activities and report progress.

- Ensure proper use of construction materials and equipment.

- Collaborate with Construction Managers, Engineers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
