REQUIREMENTS:

- Age: 21–40

- Minimum 5 years experience managing casual dining outlets (Italian & Continental cuisine)

- Strong budgeting, cost control, and profit & loss management

- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills

- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office
