Salary: OMR 350 (Approx. LKR 270,000)

REQUIREMENTS:

- Age: 21–40

- 3–4 years experience as Kitchen Chef / Executive Chef (Senior Sauce Chef experience highly valued)

- Strong leadership in back-of-house teams (Italian & Continental casual dining)

- Expertise in budgeting, cost control, P&L, and ERP systems

- Skilled in staff training and food safety standards

- Proficient in MS Office and email communication
