Senior Recruiting Officer– Overseas Education

 Locations: Colombo 07

 Working Days: 6 Days a Week | Working Hours: 8 Hours Daily

Join a dynamic and growing team at Mount Mary International, a trusted name in overseas student placements. We are seeking motivated Recruiting Officers/Managers to guide students toward international education opportunities.

 Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide career guidance to students aspiring to study abroad
2. Assist with student registration and documentation for overseas education programs
3. Maintain clear communication with students and parents
4. Ensure compliance with company policies – strictly no cash transactions; only bank transfers allowed

 Requirements:

1. Minimum qualification: G.C.E. O/Level
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Passion for helping students achieve their education goals
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Prior experience in education consulting is an advantage but not essential

 Salary & Benefits:

1. Basic Salary: Rs. 80,000/-
2. Attractive Commission Scheme based on performance
3. 6-Month Probationary Period
