About the Job Role

Corporate Account Manager – Build Partnerships, Drive Success
Location: Colombo 03 (2 Vacancies)
Full-Time | B2B & Education Sector Focus
Salary: Rs. 80,000 + Attractive Commissions
We are on the lookout for dynamic and results-oriented Corporate Account Managers to strengthen relationships with corporate clients, drive B2B sales, and promote educational and training solutions. If you’re a strong communicator with a strategic mindset, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate accounts
- Build long-term relationships with HR managers, L&D teams, and decision-makers
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable training/education solutions
- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities and partnerships
- Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and close deals
- Track account performance and ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales
- Experience in the education or training sector is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Age between 25 – 40 years
- Open to both male and female candidates
