 Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate accounts
2. Build long-term relationships with HR managers, L&D teams, and decision-makers
3. Understand client needs and recommend suitable training/education solutions
4. Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities and partnerships
5. Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and close deals
6. Track account performance and ensure client satisfaction
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery excellence

 Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
2. Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales
3. Experience in the education or training sector is an advantage
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
5. Target-driven with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
6. Age between 25 – 40 years
7. Open to both male and female candidates
