Requirements:

- Age: 21–40 years

- Minimum 5 years of experience managing casual-dining restaurants (Italian & Continental cuisines)

- Strong skills in budgeting, cost control, and profit & loss management

- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office
