Position: Kitchen Manager

Salary: OMR 350 (Approx. LKR 270,000)

Requirements:

- Age between 21–40 years

- Leadership experience in back-of-house teams (Italian & Continental casual-dining restaurants)

- 3–4 years experience as Kitchen Chef or Executive Chef (Senior Sauce Chef experience is a strong plus)

- Expertise in budgeting, cost control, P&L, and ERP systems

- Strong staff training and food safety enforcement skills

- Proficient in MS Office & email communication
