Senior Industrial Technician / Industrial Technician

Job Role:

- Maintain inspection lists for the maintenance department (daily meter readings, daily maintenance logbooks, etc.).

- Monitor breakdowns and take steps to minimize downtime of assets (Electrical and others).

- Ensure the functional status of building-related services, identify system faults, and improve operational status (Electrical systems, AC systems, ELV, Lighting arresters, Fire protection systems, Goods hoists, Trolleys, etc.).

- Complete maintenance tasks according to supervisor's instructions.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a general industrial technician or supervisor is preferred.

- Knowledge and experience in using maintenance tools (Clamp meter & other electrical equipment, drill machines, welding machines, masonry tools, etc.).

- Knowledge of building services and improving operational conditions of systems, identifying system faults, and making improvements (Electrical Systems, AC Systems, ELV, Lighting Arresters, Fire Protection Systems, Goods Hoists, Trolleys).

- Basic knowledge of MS Office.

- Age under 45 years.
