Job Role

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market to drive revenue growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the banking, logistics, and supply chain industries.

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company goals and market trends.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and customer needs.

- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a results-driven mindset.

- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital platforms for business analysis and reporting.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet strict deadlines.
