PROJECT ASSOCIATE - GovPay 🚨

We are looking for a Project Associate to join the GovPay platform team. This role involves business analysis, project management, and working closely with government organizations, development partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth adoption and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary liaison between government organizations, backend integrators, and internal teams.
2. Assist in onboarding new institutions and guide them through the process.
3. Conduct requirement gathering, process analysis, and gap identification to enhance platform functionality.
4. Engage with enrolled institutions to resolve operational issues and ensure ongoing platform usage.
5. Organize and facilitate awareness sessions, training programs, and workshops.
6. Track task progress, ensure timely execution, and report updates to leadership.
7. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance usability, efficiency, and adoption.
8. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, process guidelines, training materials, business cases, and project updates.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, IT, Project Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
2. 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or government engagement.
3. Strong knowledge of government processes, digital payments, and FinTech solutions is a plus.
4. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Experience in technical writing, documentation, and training facilitation.
6. Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
7. Prior experience in government projects, digital transformation, or payment solutions.
