Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end COD operations (collection, deposit, reconciliation, reporting)
2. Supervise and train delivery personnel and branch cashiers
3. Coordinate with finance for timely remittance and reporting
4. Maintain records and prepare reports for management
5. Investigate and resolve payment, delay, or customer issues
6. Assist in internal and external audits

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3–5 years experience in COD operations, logistics, e-commerce, or cash handling
2. Strong knowledge of financial controls, reconciliation, and cash management
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software
4. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
