1. Base Superintendent

Job Description:

- Responsible for overseeing workshop/fitting shop operations.

- Manage fitting processes and teams, especially related to rotating equipment (e.g., pumps, compressors).

- Handle planning, inventory, and procurement coordination.

- Ensure compliance, quality, and safety in base operations.

- Requires 8–10 years of experience in a senior fitter or superintendent role.

- Diploma/Degree mandatory.

2. Shop Supervisor

Job Category:

Mechanical Engineering / Production & Maintenance Supervision

Job Description:

- Supervise machine shop operations (turning, milling, fabrication, etc.).

- Plan schedules, allocate manpower, ensure quality standards.

- Handle urgent jobs, client demands, and operational reporting.

- Requires Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and 7–8 years of hands-on shop experience.

- Strong technical, leadership, and communication skills are essential.
