Position: Kitchen and Laundry Equipment Technician

Salary: SAR 3500

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of kitchen & laundry equipment during pre-opening

- Conduct snagging inspections and rectify deficiencies

- Perform routine & preventive maintenance

- Troubleshoot & repair to reduce downtime

- Ensure equipment meets safety & hygiene standards

- Maintain accurate records & inventory

- Respond to maintenance requests from Culinary, Stewarding, Housekeeping & Laundry teams

- Maintain exhaust hoods, grease filters, fire suppression systems

- Manage spare parts & tools inventory

- Support energy conservation and utility management

- Ensure safety compliance and respond during emergencies
