• Guide students in setting academic & personal goals

• Promote discipline through positive reinforcement

• Maintain student progress records

• Collaborate with teachers & parents

🔹 Requirements:

✔ 2–3 years’ experience in mentoring/coaching/counseling

✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills

✔ High empathy and professionalism

✔ Fluency in English
