3. 15+ years of solid legal experience

5. Strong knowledge of corporate laws (Companies Act, IP Act, etc.)
6. Skilled in company registration, restructuring, liquidation & trademarks
7. Familiar with secretarial duties – resolutions, filings, minutes
8. Excellent communication in English & Sinhala
