Job Description:

Sky Gate is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Student Counselor for our Kurunegala branch. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students through academic program options, provide counseling support, and manage customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents on available educational programs and admission requirements.

- Handle inquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins.

- Guide students through application and enrollment processes.

- Follow up on leads and maintain student records.

- Assist with marketing and promotional activities.

- Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.

Qualifications:

- 2–3 years of experience in marketing and/or customer service.

- Prior experience in academic/student counseling is a plus.

- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.

- Proficient in using computers and office software.

- Target-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
