Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Student Counselor to guide and support prospective students through the academic admissions process and promote our educational programs. The ideal candidate will possess a background in marketing and customer service, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise students and parents on academic programs, course selections, and admission procedures.

- Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and in person.

- Guide students through the application and visa processes (if applicable).

- Maintain accurate student records and follow up on documentation.

- Assist in organizing marketing campaigns, seminars, and student recruitment events.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth enrollment processes.

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure student satisfaction.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in marketing and customer service (mandatory).

- Prior experience in student counseling or the education industry (preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Sinhala.

- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email handling, CRM systems).

- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
