🔑 Key Responsibilities

1. Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
2. Support employee relations and implement HR policies

✅ Requirements

1. Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
2. 3–4 years of prior experience in a similar HR role (preferred)
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
