Senior Executive / Executive - Import Service Delivery (Freight Office)

📦 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handle end-to-end import documentation & customer service

✔ Coordinate with agents, service providers & government authorities

✔ Manage House & Master DO issuance & FCL follow-ups

🎯 Requirements:

✅ Diploma in Logistics / Freight Forwarding (DGMS approved preferred)

✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience in freight forwarding import documentation

✅ Knowledge of ASYCUDA/ASYHUB & ERP systems

✅ NVOCC operations experience is an advantage
