🖥️ Position: IT Technical Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable IT Technical Assistant to strengthen our team! You’ll play a key role in technical support and managing our IT systems and infrastructure.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

🛠️ Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues

🌐 Manage company networks (routers, switches, firewalls)

📡 Assist with LAN, WAN, and VPN setups and troubleshooting

📶 Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues

📋 Monitor IT inventory, handle repairs, and equipment setup

📧 Support email setups, domain management, and online platforms

🎥 Assist with CCTV, fingerprint systems & other security technologies

🎓 Qualifications:

🎓 Relevant IT-related qualifications

💻 Hands-on experience in IT troubleshooting and repairs

🖧 Knowledge in network configurations & basic server management
