

COST CONTROLLER

Location: Mt. Lavinia
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and manage food, beverage, and inventory costs across multiple outlets.
Develop budget plans, monitor adherence, and recommend adjustments to meet
financial goals. Conduct stock audits, ensure efficient inventory management, and minimize wastage.
Negotiate with vendors to secure the best deals for quality supplies.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize menu pricing, portion control, and quality standards.
Prepare detailed reports on cost variances and operational performance with actionable insights.
Drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality service.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Finance, Accounting. Hospitality Management. or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in cost control, preferably in the pastry and bakery industry.
Expertise in managing food production costs, inventory, and operational efficiency.
Strong negotiation and communication skills to work effectively with suppliers and teams.
Proficiency in inventory management software and financial reporting tools. Analytical mindset with a focus on cost optimization and profitability enhancement.
