As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions and real workplace experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting in the recruitment process: posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
2. Supporting the onboarding of new hires: preparing onboarding materials and ensuring smooth integration.
3. Contributing to HR activities: helping organize training programs, employee engagement events, and other development initiatives.
4. Providing support for ongoing HR projects and day-to-day operations.
