

IT Project Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning: Assist in creating project timelines and schedules for IT initiatives (e.g., software deployments, system upgrades).
• Team Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure resources are allocated effectively and project deadlines are met.
• Communication: Provide regular updates and status reports to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Risk Management: Monitor project risks, identify issues, and work on solutions to avoid delays.
• Documentation: Maintain organized project records and ensure compliance with IT policies.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT systems, software, and infrastructure.
• Tools: Experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience: Previous experience in IT project coordination or similar roles.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
