Position: Booking Managing Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all guest bookings efficiently.
Engage with guests to understand and meet their needs, ensuring satisfaction.
Gather and analyze booking data and trends to optimize occupancy and revenue.
Address room-related issues and ensure swift resolutions.
Coordinate with minor staff to provide top-notch service to guests.
Handle guest pre-registration, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in booking management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and resolve issues quickly.
Knowledge of booking systems and hotel management software is an advantage.
