Position: Administration Assistant (Lending / Reporting / Payable)

Location: Head Office – Ventura

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with branches, lawyers, and insurance for documentation (Lending)
  2. Prepare weekly reports and manage attendance records (Reporting)
  3. Verify invoices, follow up approvals, and assist with payments (Payable)
  4. Maintain proper records and support daily admin/finance tasks

Requirements:

  1. G.C.E. A/L qualification
  2. Proficient in MS Excel and Office tools
  3. Prior admin/documentation experience preferred
  4. Age between 18 – 30 years
