About the Job Role

Position: Administration Assistant (Lending / Reporting / Payable)
Location: Head Office – Ventura
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with branches, lawyers, and insurance for documentation (Lending)
- Prepare weekly reports and manage attendance records (Reporting)
- Verify invoices, follow up approvals, and assist with payments (Payable)
- Maintain proper records and support daily admin/finance tasks
Requirements:
- G.C.E. A/L qualification
- Proficient in MS Excel and Office tools
- Prior admin/documentation experience preferred
- Age between 18 – 30 years
