Job Title:

Cisco Unified Communications Engineer

Requirements:

1. Relevant degree
2. Certifications: CCNP or CCIE Collaboration
3. Hands-on experience with Cisco UC platforms & third-party integrations

Skills Required:

1. Strong in Cisco UC stack (CUCM, CUC, CER, UCCX)
2. Knowledge of protocols: SIP, H.323, MGCP, RTP/RTCP, TLS/SRTP
3. Network configuration: VLANs, QoS, PoE, NAT
4. Familiarity with VQ, Calabrio, and Imagicle
5. Scripting: Python / PowerShell for UC automation
