We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager (age 40–50) with 10+ years’ experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role in manufacturing.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Business Management / CQHRM / PQHRM
2. Strong knowledge of labour laws & HR systems
3. Expertise in employee relations, HR finance, payroll, KPI, compliance, and recruitment
4. Leadership & strategic HR planning skills

📍 Preference for candidates nearby. Food industry experience is an advantage.
