HR Manager (All-Rounder) – BPO (USA Client)

📍 Orion City, Colombo 09

We are hiring a proactive HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations for a USA-based client.

Key Duties:

• Onboarding & offboarding

• Maintain HR records & attendance

• Support payroll, incentives & audits

• Recruitment (Sri Lankan market)

• Handle employee queries & HR communication

• Ensure policy & labor law compliance

Requirements:

• Degree in HR/Business (preferred)

• 1–3 years HR experience

• Excellent English communication

• Strong organization & MS Office skills

🕒 Working Hours:

Mon–Fri: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM | Sat: Half Day

💰 Salary: Based on experience
