FRONT OFFICE HOTEL OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Guest check-in and check-out
Guest communication (front desk, phone, WhatsApp, email)
Reservation management (Booking.com, email, online platforms)
Daily cash handling & basic financial records
Preparing bank deposits
Checking room cleanliness and public areas
Light housekeeping support when required
General daily hotel operations support
REQUIREMENTS:
Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
Basic computer skills (Windows, MS Excel, Google Drive)
Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
Previous hotel or guesthouse experience is an advantage
LKR 60,000-70,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience & skills)
Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality will be an advantage
Location : Lucas Memorial Hotel , Kosgoda
