3. Demi Chef / Junior Chef – Assist in prep & cooking; follow recipes; maintain hygiene.
4. Cooks (Sri Lankan / Curry) – Prepare authentic Sri Lankan dishes; strong spice knowledge.
5. Junior Cooks – Basic prep, chopping, station setup.

Food & Beverage

1. Restaurant Stewards – Professional guest service; maintain dining standards.
