Reservations Agent

• Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email & online platforms

• Accurately process and update reservations

• Coordinate with resort operational teams

• Respond to social media & guest inquiries

• Maintain strong guest and agent relationships

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel reservations

• Excellent English & communication skills

• Strong computer & email proficiency

• Central Reservations experience is an advantage
