Position: Helpdesk Technician – Level 1
📍 Location: Hikkaduwa
🕒 Job Type: Remote (Home-office) with Hybrid availability for occasional office visits
💰 Salary: LKR 80,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email, and remote tools
- Log and resolve tickets within SLA
- Troubleshoot Windows, printers, drivers, user profiles, and connectivity
- Support Microsoft 365 applications
- Perform basic Active Directory tasks
- Handle basic network issues, firewall, and security troubleshooting
- Escalate complex issues when needed
- Maintain clear and detailed ticket documentation
- Collaborate with US-based team and deliver excellent service
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Helpdesk/IT Support (MSP experience preferred)
- CompTIA Network+ and MS-102 certified (or willing to complete within 90 days)
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-focused and professional mindset
- Basic knowledge in Networking, Active Directory, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365
Preferred Technical Exposure:
- ConnectWise (Remote Access)
- Datto RMM / Backup platforms
- AnyDesk / ScreenConnect / Quick Assist tools
