About the Job Role
📌 Admin & Customer Service Executive – Student Coordination
Location: Orion City, Colombo 09 | Salary: 130k–140k
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage student accounts, communications, and payments
- Perform reconciliations and validate new student payments
- Send reminders, follow-ups, and process refunds
- Handle phone/email inquiries and document-related requests
- Update student statuses and process commission/bonus invoices
🎓 Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, finance, or education administration preferred
- Strong attention to detail & multitasking skills
- Good communication and email management
- Knowledge of accounting/reconciliation & student management systems (Meshed preferred)
