📌 Admin & Customer Service Executive – Student Coordination

Location: Orion City, Colombo 09 | Salary: 130k–140k

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage student accounts, communications, and payments
  2. Perform reconciliations and validate new student payments
  3. Send reminders, follow-ups, and process refunds
  4. Handle phone/email inquiries and document-related requests
  5. Update student statuses and process commission/bonus invoices

🎓 Requirements:

  1. Experience in customer service, finance, or education administration preferred
  2. Strong attention to detail & multitasking skills
  3. Good communication and email management
  4. Knowledge of accounting/reconciliation & student management systems (Meshed preferred)
