Requirements:

1. 3–5 years’ experience in hotel or hospitality management
2. Strong leadership & communication skills
3. Excellent organizational & problem-solving ability
4. Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred)
5. Knowledge of hotel systems & operations

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily hotel operations & guest services
2. Lead and motivate staff for peak performance
3. Manage budgets, profitability & service quality
4. Maintain brand image, safety & cleanliness standards
