Position: Coffee / Tea Barista

📍 Location: Level 01, Colombo City Centre Mall

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and serve tea drinks, desserts, and soft serves
2. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and utensils
3. Greet customers and take orders courteously
4. Recommend and customize drinks as per customer requests
5. Monitor stock levels and report shortages
6. Handle payments accurately
7. Assist with opening and closing duties
8. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
9. 
   

Requirements

1. Age between 19 – 28 years
2. Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role (training provided for selected candidates)
3. Passionate about crafting high-quality drinks and desserts
4. Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented
5. Able to work under pressure with a positive attitude
6. Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
7. Team player available for at least 4 shifts per week
8. Able to commit to 8-hour shifts
