Position: Executive – Refunds & Recovery

Responsibilities:

1. Handle FCL container refund processes
2. Coordinate with shipping lines & consignees
3. Maintain refund documentation & track recoveries
4. Support operational reporting

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in shipping/logistics
2. Strong MS Office & documentation skills
3. Excellent English & Sinhala communication
4. Valid motorbike license & willingness to travel
